Plugin associated with Harmonic's Rhozet ProMedia Carbon/WFS 
The ALCR plugin provides complete loudness measurement using the same technology that powers Minnetonka Audio's AudioTools Server 

- the world reference for loudness control. 
- PMC > or equal to 3.19 , WFS > or equal to 1.4.3 
- Complies with all relevant standards, including ITU-R BS.1770-3, EBU R 128, the Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation (CALM) Act and ATSC's Recommended Practice A/85:2009. 
- Measures Programme Loudness, Loudness Range, Maximum True Peak Level, ITU Average Loudness, Momentary Loudness and Short Term Loudness. 
- Manages mono, stereo and multi-channel PCM configurations of up to 24 channels 
- Formats measurement results in XML format in a log file
