Release 5.5 for Cambria FTC

Capella Systems announces the release of Cambria FTC v5.4 for file transcoding.

New Features and Enhancements:
- Support Blackmagic RAW (braw) sources
- GPU support for AWS EKS machines
- 8k support added to HEVC (NVENC) for ABRv2
- Add XAVC-Intra encoding to Elementary Stream exporter
- Setting Tag based slots at boot
- Oracle Kubernetes (OKE) supported
- Oracle Object Storage support (through S3 interface)
- Installation via Terraform added
